بيروت، في 7 كانون الأول 2017 - إن الموقف الإيطالي بشأن القدس يبقى ولا يزال قائماً على الموقف الأوروبي وعلي ما تم التوصل بشأنه من إجماع دولي في نطاق الامم المتحدة.

ويجب أن يتم السعي لحل لمسألة القدس، كعاصمة مستقبلية لدولتين، فيما بين الإسرائيليين والفلسطينيين من خلال المفاوضات، وذلك في سياق عملية السلام القائمة على وجود دولتين، مع مراعاة التوقعات المشروعة لكليهما.

وإلى أن يحدث ذلك، ستواصل إيطاليا الالتزام بقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، وإبقاء سفارتها لدي دولة إسرائيل في تل أبيب.

نحن قلقون من تداعيات ما يمكن أن يسفر عنه الإعلان عن النهج الأمريكي الجديد على أرض الواقع. ونخاطب الشعور بالمسؤولية لدي جميع الأطراف الفاعلة في فلسطين وفي المنطقة حتي يتم تجنب حوادث وعنف لا تفيد أحداً.

وبالنسبة لإيطاليا، يتعين الآن، بالتعاون مع الشركاء في الاتحاد الأوروبي، ومن خلال الاتصال بالفاعلين الإقليميين والدوليين، تقييم الوضع والتفكير في مبادرات أوروبية ممكنة للمساهمة في إعادة إطلاق عملية السلام بصورة ملموسة، من منظور حل وجود دولتين، والذي يجب الحفاظ عليه، إذ يظل الحل الوحيد الممكن من الناحية الواقعية.

Beirut, December 7th, 2017 - Italy´s position on Jerusalem issue remains anchored in the European and international consensus that the UN has contributed to establish.

Israeli and Palestinians need to elaborate a two-state capital solution through negotiations, within the framework of the peace process aiming at the two state formula and considering the legitimate expectations of both.

Till then, Italy will keep on standing by the relevant UN resolutions and will maintain in Tel Aviv its embassy to Israel.

We are concerned for the repercussions on the ground of the new US approach´s announcement. We appeal to the sense of responsibility of all in Palestine and in the region to prevent incidents and acts of violence that will benefit no one.

Italy, together with the EU´s partners, and in contact with regional and international actors, will consider the whole situation and possible European initiatives to relaunch the peace process to achieve the two-state solution, the only one that remains realistic.

Beyrouth, 07 décembre 2017 - La position de l´Italie sur la question de Jérusalem est et reste ancrée dans le consensus européen et international que l´ONU a contribué à établir.

Une solution pour Jérusalem comme future capitale de deux Etats doit être recherchée par les Israéliens et les Palestiniens à travers les négociations, dans le cadre du processus de paix visant l´établissement des deux États et tenant compte des attentes légitimes des deux parties.

Jusque-là, l´Italie continuera à respecter les résolutions de l´ONU à cet effet et maintiendra à Tel Aviv son ambassade en Israël.

Nous sommes préoccupés par les répercussions sur le terrain de l´annonce de la nouvelle approche américaine. Nous faisons appel au sens de responsabilité de tous les acteurs en Palestine et dans la région pour prévenir les incidents et les actes de violence qui ne profiteront à personne.

Pour l´Italie, il s´agit maintenant, avec les partenaires de l´UE et en contact avec les acteurs régionaux et internationaux, d´examiner la situation et de réfléchir aux possibles initiatives européennes pour contribuer à la relance du processus de paix afin de parvenir à une solution à deux Etats, qui demeure l´unique solution réellement possible.

Beirut, 07 dicembre 2017 - La posizione italiana su Gerusalemme è e rimane ancorata a quella europea e al consenso internazionale maturato in ambito ONU.

Una soluzione per Gerusalemme quale futura capitale di due Stati va ricercata tra israeliani e palestinesi attraverso i negoziati, nell´ambito del processo di pace basato sui due Stati, tenendo conto delle legittime aspettative di entrambi.

Fino a che ciò non avverrà, l´Italia continuerà ad attenersi alle relative risoluzioni delle Nazioni Unite e a mantenere a Tel Aviv la propria ambasciata presso lo Stato di Israele.

Siamo preoccupati per le ripercussioni che l´annuncio del nuovo approccio americano potrà avere sul terreno. Facciamo appello al senso di responsabilità di tutti gli attori in Palestina e nella regione perché siano evitati incidenti e violenze da cui nessuno trarrebbe beneficio.

Per l´Italia si tratta ora, insieme ai partner UE - e in contatto con gli attori regionali e internazionali -, di valutare la situazione e di riflettere su possibili iniziative europee per contribuire ad un rilancio sostanziale del processo di pace nella prospettiva della soluzione dei due Stati, che va preservata in quanto rimane l´unica realisticamente possibile.
